  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour, 100 g
  • 250 ml soda water
  • 2 tsp salt, 10 g

Directions

  • Combine the AdVital Nutritionally Complete Neutral Powder, flour and salt.
  • Make a well in the centre of the mixture. Gradually add soda water, and use a whisk to stir it in until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Allow the mixture to stand for 20 minutes before use.
